So, Im just sitting here listening to my roommate and her boyfriend fight over the phone. Its no fun, but it definitely beats last semester when I use to have random guys in my room all the time. I really like my new roommate and it makes me kinda made to be able to hear her boyfriend yell at her from the phone when Im way across the room. But, she doesnt want out and since he's in Oklahoma, I think its okay now. But I keep dropping hints.

Anyways, Im going to Portland in 11 days and I really really really cannot wait. I dont even know how to describe it. I cannot wait. Im so excited. I miss Karla soooooooooo much and I cant wait to go. And I really am excited to see Emily I havent seen her in a long time either. And Kerry---- he is amazing too. I will never forget the last Sunday when he led singing and he saw me and Karla crying and he came down during greeting time, grabbed me by both arms and hugged me and told me he loved me. That was the most special thing he ever did for me (well, maybe the time I almost amputated my finger at their house....). They are special to me. They are what I want my marriage to me like.

Not going home this weekend, Im going to chill her for a while. My best friend will be in Kansas next weekend for her Spring Break and all the other high schoolers will be in Ccolorado with the West Houston Ski Trip. So really, I would just be sitting at home doing nothing. And I can do that here. So thats what Im going to do. Get all of the homework and stuff done before Spring Break so I dont have to worry about it.

Went home for my birthday this weekend. I got 5 pairs of shoes (AMAZING), RENT on DVD, The Narnia fat book from Target, dress gouchos, and a dress. I love it.....WHOOOOOOO. Birthdays are great. Went to Texas Land and Cattle on Sunday with my family and Julya and my bos new girlfriend. It was fun.

Anyways, Im going to go study for the hiistory test I have in T MINUS 1 hour and 17 minutes. I love history though. It is my favorite.

Happy Birthday to ME

So, its my birthday. I am a whopping 19 years old. Haha, the sad thing is that I couldnt remember if I was 19 or 20. I had to look at my MYSPACE....

So Im skipping at LEAST 2 of my 4 classes today. Maybe 3, we'll see how it goes. I have to go to Bio lab, because you really cant skip that. Its kinda a participation thing. And I havent decided if Im going to Psych or not. Its like my favorite class, so I think Im going to go. But definitely skipped my 9:30 bio class this morning and Im skipping my 7:00 history class tonight.

My roommate is taking me to Rainforest to get a VOLCANO because they are like the best things ever. And then, me and my best friend here are going to do something "Amazing" as she put it.

I dont really like college birthdays as much. I want to be home with my family and best friends. Going home would be great to spend it with my family, haha.....but Soul Link is this weekend (Im going to go Saturday night to the devo and meet up with my cousin) and Karla is in Stupid Portland (Sorry, Emily...but still not sure I like it----not gunna lie) and my best friends family (my 2nd family) are in what we all like to call, "FLIPPIN KANSAS". But, I consider myself really lucky because I have a few close friends here that will make it good and Im going home this weekend...so thats good too.

So well, I havent updated this in a couple of weeks so I thought I would just let you know how everything is going. I am so starting to love school. I have a new good good friend. I would call her my best friend, but I have Jules as my best friend. This new friend is Sarah and she is my best friend at school. We both hated it here last semester and are both not coming back next semester. But then we decided to hang out and we hang out everyday this semester. Even if we are busy, we make it a point to hang out. And I have my much anticipated Spring Break trip in 25 days. I cannot wait. Im so excited. Classes are good and easier than last semester.

Im happy now. I dont have everything I want. But, happiness is not having everything I want, but making the best out of what I have.
